Terms of Service

By creating an account, subscribing to a paid plan, or otherwise continuing to use the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and, if you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other organisation, that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

Veltrix AI is a software-as-a-service subscription tool for ecommerce and dropshipping research. It retrieves publicly available marketplace listing data (including from AliExpress and similar marketplaces), analyses that data, and uses artificial intelligence to produce scores, estimates and marketing assets such as product descriptions, advertising copy, SEO metadata and email campaigns.

The Service provides research and marketing tooling only. It does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax or professional advice and is not a recommendation to purchase, sell or import any product. All scores, demand and competition indicators, price suggestions, margin figures and profit calculations are estimates generated from third-party data and AI models. They may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. You are solely responsible for verifying any information before making commercial decisions.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent for AliExpress, Alibaba, CJ Dropshipping, Shopify, or any other marketplace or supplier referenced in the Service. Supplier links are provided for convenience only and any transaction you enter into with a supplier is entirely between you and that supplier.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that takes place under your account. Notify us immediately at support@veltrix.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.

If you connect your own third-party API key (for example an OpenAI API key), you are responsible for that key, for complying with the provider's terms, and for all usage and charges incurred against it.

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service for your own internal business purposes within the limits of your selected plan.

You must not:

• use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or misleading purpose;
• send spam, or use generated content in a way that breaches advertising or consumer protection law;
• infringe the intellectual property, publicity or privacy rights of any third party;
• interfere with or compromise the security or integrity of the Service, including introducing malware, probing, scanning, penetration testing, or automated scraping of the Service;
• reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the source code of the Service;
• resell, sublicense or redistribute the Service, or circumvent plan limits, quotas or paywalls;
• share a single account with multiple users beyond the seats included in your plan.

The Service uses generative AI models. Outputs are produced automatically and may be inaccurate, generic, or similar to outputs produced for other users. You are responsible for your inputs (including any product URLs, keywords or brand material you submit), for reviewing outputs before publishing them, and for ensuring you have the rights to use any content, image or trademark you upload or subsequently publish.

You must not use the Service to generate content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, deceptive, or that impersonates a person or brand, and you must not attempt to bypass model safety controls. We may filter, refuse, remove or restrict outputs, and we may suspend accounts that repeatedly breach this section.

As between you and us, you retain ownership of the content you submit and, to the extent permitted by applicable law and the underlying model provider terms, you own the outputs generated for you. You grant us a limited licence to host and process your content solely to operate and improve the Service. If you believe content produced or hosted by the Service infringes your rights, contact support@veltrix.ai and we will investigate and remove infringing material; repeat infringers will lose access.

We and our licensors retain all right, title and interest in and to the Service, including its software, models, prompts, scoring methodology, design, documentation and branding. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of our intellectual property to you.

The Service is offered on a free plan with limited daily searches and on paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually in advance. Plan details and prices are shown on our pricing page and may change with notice for future billing periods.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing frequency, renewal, taxes, invoicing, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal.

You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Cancelling stops future renewals only — it does not terminate the subscription immediately and does not automatically entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid. You retain access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which your account reverts to the free plan. Amounts paid for the current period are not automatically refunded or pro-rated. Refunds are handled separately under our Refund Policy (which includes a 30-day money-back guarantee), and nothing in these Terms limits any refund or cancellation right you have under mandatory consumer law or under Paddle's applicable policies.

We aim to keep the Service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free operation. The Service depends on third-party marketplaces, data providers and AI providers whose availability and data quality are outside our control. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, present a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our acceptable use rules. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.

On termination your right to use the Service ends. You may export your saved searches and generated content before cancelling; we may delete your data after a reasonable period as described in our Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant any particular sales, revenue, margin or business result from using the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from your content, your use of generated outputs, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Veltrix AI is established, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights.
